Conditions of Use

(i) Delaware-Hudson Handpiece Express provides products and services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or purchase or services from the Delaware-Hudson Handpiece Express website, you accept these conditions.

This includes Tech-Chat LIVE and all other features, interactive or otherwise, on this web site. Even if Delaware-Hudson Handpiece Express or such individual has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
(v) Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages so some of the above limitations may not apply to certain users.
