How To Send Us Your Instruments (USPS or UPS)
1) Fill our our workorder form noting each instrument you are sending for repair and the
specific problem you are experiencing with it.
2) Note the type of payment and service you'd like up to perform.
3) Make a copy of the workorder for your office records.
4) Package the completed workorder form along with your handpiece(s) in a sturdy shipping box.
5) Tape our USPS postage pre-paid return mailing label securely to the top of the package.
6) Drop your package off at the nearest US Post Office or USPS approved mail receptacle.
